YOUR CHILD HAS BEEN SELECTED FOR:  

 

TINY CHEER, POM & LYRICAL

 

Our tiny dancers may be the youngest of our AZ Elite family but they are the foundations of everyone we do! We cant wait to watch them grow and help them achieve amazing skills, moments and memories! 

 

Below is a list of training times, costs for uniforms both training as as well as competition. We have also added in all competition dates and costs as well as payment due by dates. 

 

We have started to add competition uniforms to our apparel store. We hope this helps spread out the cost a bit for you. 

 

For our Tiny teams we will be using our “ Training Kit” as our cheer competition uniform. We hope this helps lower costs for you a bit. All you will need to purchase is an under mesh leotard which is available to purchase in our apparel store. 

 

Competition pay by dates are extremely important. If you miss this date it could result in your child or the team not been able to compete in that competition. If you are for any reason unable to make a payment date please see Candice and we will see what we can do for you. We do not want a child to miss out and if we can help we will. 

 

Uniforms need to be paid for and ordered by November 1st. This is the last date possible for us to place orders and make sure your child has everything before competitions and showcases. 

 

TWO WEEK BLACK OUT!

 

Two weeks before any competition or showcase all athletes need to be in all team training sessions. If they are unable to make it a coach needs to be informed as soon as possible. These sessions are to make sure each child is ready for competition. Any last minute chances will happen during this time. We want your child and their team to be as well prepared as possible.

COMPETITION ENTRY & SPECTATOR PURCHASE BY DATE: NOVEMBER 1st

 

AZ ELITE SHOWCASE: JANUARY 22nd

 

ICC WELSH OPEN: FEBRUARY 26 & 27th

 

CHEER SPORT WALES: 21st & 22nd

 

 

 

 

 

Monthly Training Fees:

 

Depending on how many hours will depend on your monthly fees. 

 

Below is a breakdown and example on hours and payment structures. 

EG:

 

Paige does Tiny Pom, Tiny Lyrical, Tiny Cheer as well as one session of level 1 - 3 acro. 

 

Total Hours per week: 4 hours 45 mins. 

 

Total Hours per Month: 19 hours. Which would put her on a “APACHE” Membership. 

 

Memberships are taken on the 1st of every month, please make sure that you have a payment card set up on your account on the app, under the parents name and not the child’s. 

 

If at anytime you wish to lower or increase your membership just ask at the front desk and someone will be able to do that for you. 

You are also able to freeze your membership or cancel at any time. We do ask for a month notice, however if it is due to COVID we are happy to freeze any memberships if we are unable to be open due to government restrictions.

LYRICAL: Monday 16:30 - 17:30

Cheer: Tuesday 16:30 - 17:45

Pom: Saturday 09:00 - 10:00

Other skills classes suitable for Tiny Age:

Acro Level 1 - 3 : 

Thursday 16:30 - 17:30

Saturday 10:00 - 11:00

Hip Hop: 

Saturday 13:00 - 14:00

Ballet:

Thursday: 16:30 - 17:30

 

 

UNIFORMS:

 

We understand that uniforms can get expensive and we would like to try keep costs down as much as possible. We do feel that at for your child benefits from being in a club uniform as they get into the right mind set and feel part of the “Dance & Cheer Family”

 

We have put together a few options for training kits:

 

SEASON T-SHIRT.    £21.00

LEGGINGS.   £15.00

TRAINING KIT SHORTS.   £25.00

TRAINING KIT CROP TOP.   £25.00

 

If you purchase both the training shorts and a training crop top together it will be: £45.00

 

You do not have to purchase everything above we do ask that at minimum to purchase the Season T-Shit as they will wear these when they go to competitions too. 

 

 

COMPETITION UNIFORMS:

 

Competition Uniforms are not always kept in stock some are ordered in. Please make sure that you purchase your competition uniform in time. Anyone ordering past the due by date may result in your child not getting their uniform in time. 

 

Second hand uniforms are always an option. If you keep your uniform as nice as possible you will be able to sell it on next year. Hand wash all uniforms and hang dry.

COMPETITION ENTRY & PAYMENTS. 

 

AZ ELITE will enter each child as part of our programme. We are unable to enter your child if you miss the due by date. (NOVEMBER 1st 2021).

 

Below is a breakdown of all competition entry prices. 

 

SPECTATOR TICKETS:

 

Spectator tickets start at £5 and go up to £15 normally. We are waiting for these to be released from competition providers. These will be due at the same time as entry fees. 

 

We will do a prize draw for each competition giving away free spectator tickets. Keep an eye out for how to enter on our Facebook page. 

 

 

We also normally have to charge a music and licensing fee of £35 per child, however as a club we will be covering this for each child this season to try help out.

To accept your child place on the teams they have been offered please click the "My Teams" Tab. 

Here you need to click which team you want to accept and we will get their welcome pack out to them. If you wish to remain in recreational there is an option box for that too.
