As a Community Interest Company (CIC), purpose drives everything we do. Every programme is designed to remove barriers to participation, increase access to physical activity and create opportunities for people who may otherwise be excluded. Any surplus we generate is reinvested into expanding our programmes, improving facilities and creating even more opportunities for our community.

For those with competitive ambitions, we offer structured athlete development pathways that support progression from grassroots participation through to elite performance. Our athletes have opportunities to work towards national and international competition, including ICU pathways and aspirations to compete at the Cheerleading Worlds.

What truly makes us different is that we never lose sight of the individual. Every participant, regardless of age, ability, background or ambition, is welcomed, supported and encouraged to achieve their own goals.
